Refunds and returns

Refunds will be given at the discretion of marc42. If the Products arrive in a damaged condition you must inform us by email within 7 days and return the goods to the returns shipping address within 14 days via a recorded-delivery service. We will then promptly arrange for a refund or undamaged Products to be delivered to you and will refund your direct postage costs of returning the damaged goods to us.

You also have the right to return your purchase to marc42 without reason provided:

You notify us of your intention to do so by email within 7 days after the day you received your order.

You take reasonable care of the goods while in your care.

The goods are deemed to be in your care until such time as they are returned to our premises.

Goods are returned within 30 days of your notice to return them.

You will cover the cost of returning the goods to us.

You will be fully refunded for your goods.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
